Headfirst is very proud to announce that Mario Iglesias has accepted a new coaching position at Stanford University. Mario will join the staff at one of the top baseball and academic programs in the country. Mario attended Stanford from 1992-1996 and is still in the baseball record books after posting a 10-1 record in 1996. Mario will join legendary coach, Mark Marquess, Dean Stotz, and Rusty Filter and try to get Stanford back to College World Series.
We are very proud of Mario and be sure to look for him on TV coaching 1st base.
