The first Gamers team was formed in 2001 and the teams first tournament championship came shortly after.  Team managers have extensive baseball experience, ranging from professional or college experience.  The Gamers program focuses on player development and advanced baseball mechanics. Headfirst Baseball demands that players approach the field with an old school baseball mentality.
The Gamers teams have won over 160 tournament titles, two medals in USA Baseball events, and a national title in 2006.
